Summer in the Alps

The summer season in les Carroz runs from mid-June to mid-September. The village has a fabulous sports complex for tennis, swimming, badminton, table tennis and archery. The swimming pool area has three pools to cater for all needs, they are situated in large grass covered grounds which also include a trampoline, a bouncy castle and volley ball court. In good weather we rarely get further than the chalet balcony or the pool. but for those who want to there is lots to do! Or simply relax on the spacious balcony or lawned area's.

Climbing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, sightseeing, ballooning and adventure water sports (Canyoning, Hydro speed, Kayaking and Rafting) are just a few of the other activities that are all available within half an hour from the chalet.

For those who like to explore the area many famous places are just an hour by car. Geneva and its lake, Chamonix and Mont Blanc, Annecy and Megeve. The Mont Blanc tunnel gives access to Italy in just 90 minutes. For those who find hiking up and down too much, one or more ski lifts are open in each resort so you can get to the top to enjoy the spectacular views and mountain restaurants. Even Italy or Turin 1.5 hours!
